All payments are non-refundable

40 feet of parking is needed for the truck and trailer, please save space for us as close to where we are setting up as possible

Please have a 10x10 or larger pop up set up for shade, a large shade tree will work too! 

Please have a garden hose attached to a water source to fill the handwashing station and animal drinking water

No dogs allowed at the ranch, for mobile parties please keep dogs inside or locked up while the animals are there. 

Please no touching the animals' face, ears or tail.

Maximum weight for pony riders is 65 pounds or less

For professional photography sessions at the ranch, please no photos or videos while the photographer is here. If you want to take your own photos please make those arrangements before your session begins. Does it cost extra to take your own photos? No. Will you get a shorter amount of time with the professional photographer? Yes. 

For ranch tours, please wear closed toe shoes and bring yourself a water bottle. Also bring quarters for the goat feed machine!
