Day of your event
Please have 40 feet of parking blocked off for the truck and trailer as close to where we are setting up as possible, a 10x10 pop up set up for shade or large shade trees, a water hose and all dogs locked up or inside while we are there. A non-refundable deposit of half is due at the time of booking, the balance is due when we arrive. Mileage is charged day of and is $1 per mile each way from Madera Ranchos. We arrive 15 minutes before your party start time. If we set up right next to the trailer we typically are set up in 15 minutes. The farther we are carrying things to set up, the longer it will take to be set up and get the party started!
